In stock products ship within 3 days or less. If something such as the State Fair is affecting normal shipping times, you’ll see a banner at the top of the page. No banner? Expect an email with tracking information in three days or less.

Custom order belts and wallets currently have a lead time of 2-3 weeks once the design is finalized and all materials needed for the design have been received.

For all custom orders, Jolene will give you an estimated completion date.

Holiday Shipping – Did you know that not only does shipping take longer during the holidays, but the post office increases shipping prices? Order early!

Shipping Prices

US Shipping

Jolene offers two types of shipping for US customers – standard and expedited.

Standard shipping consists of flat rate $5 shipping or free shipping. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will automatically be applied at checkout.

Expedited shipping – you can always upgrade to expedited shipping. If you select overnight and more than one carrier offers overnight service to the delivery address, Jolene will choose which carrier to use.

Expedited – UPS 2nd Day Air or Similar Service is a flat $35 shipping fee.

Expedited – UPS Overnight or Similar Service is a flat $100 shipping fee.

International Shipping

Jolene does not offer expedited International Shipping. International orders are charged a flat $45 shipping fee.

International customers are responsible for paying any import or customs duties. Jolene may cancel orders containing certain exotic leathers due to import restrictions; even a single swatch of exotic leather requires CITE certificates. Please reach out prior to placing an order if you are concerned about import/export customs, duties or restrictions to get full product information.
