Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your leather goods. We use full grain high quality leather and hand select hardware for each item. We guarantee our craftsmanship is free from defects and will happily repair or replace any defective items. Simply contact us for a prepaid shipping label.

Stock items in original condition may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Classic Belts, Buffalo Belts and Jeans Belts may be exchanged for a different size. The initial order ships free; the customer is responsible for shipping costs covering the exchange. As of July 2026, it costs an average of $7 to ship a belt using Pirate Ship. Local customers can arrange to complete the exchange in person at any of the Live Shopping Experiences. Contact Jolene prior to the event so she can have an appropriately sized belt finished and set aside for you.

Earrings have a tamper proof seal attached for your hygienic safety. Once the tamper proof seal has been broken, these items are not eligible for return. The individual serial number on the tamper proof seal is also used as the individual item SKU, so you can be assured no one else has worn your new earrings before you.

Customized items that match the specifications are not eligible for returns. If the error was ours, we will happily remake the item or refund the original purchase payment method based on your preferences.
