We want you to be happy with your leather goods. We use full grain high quality leather and hand select hardware for each item. We guarantee our craftsmanship is free from defects and will happily repair or replace any defective items. Simply contact us for a prepaid shipping label.

Stock items in original condition may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Customized items that match the specifications are not eligible for returns. If the error was ours, we will happily remake the item or refund the original purchase payment method based on your preferences.
