Custom Orders

Custom orders go through several stages that affect how long it takes you to receive your items.

• Deposit paid
• Design stage
• Design finalized
• Specialized materials ordered
• Product enters workflow
• Product is completed
• Photos sent to customer
• Remaining balance paid
• Product Shipped

Orders are completed based on when the order was placed. During the busy season leading up to Christmas, it will be several weeks before your order comes to the top of the queue. Please communicate when you need your items to Jolene when placing your order. Due to drying time of various steps, Jolene will typically have up to 5 open orders on her workbench at any time.

Typical production time once work on your order has started:

• Belts 1-2 weeks
• Wallets 1-2 weeks
• Totes 2-3 weeks
• Bridal Bouquet Wrap 2-3 weeks
• Graduation Cap Cover 2-3 weeks
• Journal 1-3 weeks
• Misc small items 1 week
• Complex bags 4-8 weeks
